According to SHK, Silkil would like to take up the training course and the examination. However, I haven't seen them arrange a time to do so. SHK would like to do a pre-test on silkil. However, this will require your approval, Lumber. You're in charge of the trainees.

SHK, you go practice with him then. Tell him that he will have to cooperate with the whole clan because you'll be facing your own clan a lot. You have to learn to work with them and to cooperate with them. You work things out when problems arise.

Then he can kiss his chances of joining (=GMR=) goodbye because of his lack of cooperation. OMG LOL I DON'T NEEDS EXPERIENCE I JUST TAKE THE TEST AND DONE LOLOLOLOL.
